Spiritual tools for recovery




















This seems compounded by not always being able to read our emotions or somatic states. In fact, it has only started considering the role of shame in the last few decades.

God does for us what we can not do for ourselves! We end up cultivating much greater misery. As soon as you can, let Go and Let God. The happy Quitter!
