I made 3 CDs; it couldn't file a certain file on disc 1 so I swapped for disc 2 then it couldn't file a file on disc 2 and then I put disc 1 back in and kept iterating the process between the 3 CDs until it had copied all the files. I don't know where to get one as I simply kept copies around when I was doing IT repair. Confident dell would sell it to you, but it's probably a pain. They have live-chat available with their tech support people. They can tell if you they can send you a new CD. It may cost a few bucks, but it would be worth it. Chances are, if they have Dell systems, they have CDs to spare.
